Edhurube Academy brings together a meaningful educational legacy, practical leadership and a clear commitment to quality learning. Our aim is to build an academy where students are known, supported and guided well — and where every course is shaped by responsibility, care and a genuine purpose to benefit the learner.

Provides Edhurube Academy's overall vision, strategic direction, development priorities and long-term leadership.
The story behind Edhurube
My paternal grandfather, Moosa Mohamed, taught the Qur'an in his community. People came to him to learn, ask questions and seek guidance, and he became known as “Edhurube” — a respected educator and guide.
“Edhurube is more than a name to me. It carries a story, a memory and a responsibility. I created this academy to keep my grandfather's legacy of teaching and sharing beneficial knowledge alive. My hope is to make quality learning more accessible, bring committed educators closer to learners, and help people understand clearly, grow with confidence and use what they learn for something meaningful. I hope the name Edhurube continues to represent what it represented in my grandfather's time — a place people can turn to for learning. I ask Allah to place barakah in this academy, keep it firm upon beneficial knowledge and good purpose, and allow it to continue under His guidance. I also ask Allah to have mercy on my grandfather, Moosa Mohamed, reward him for the knowledge he taught, and make this academy a source of continuing benefit connected to his legacy.”— Easa Ali, Founder & Owner

As a partner in Edhurube Academy, Adhdhu Sir shares senior responsibility for the academy's direction and leads its academic quality and day-to-day operations. His role connects teaching standards with the real student experience: course quality, educator coordination, student support, customer care, academic follow-up and the systems that help learning remain organised, consistent and genuinely useful.
“Education should never be reduced to delivering information, finishing a syllabus or preparing a student only to pass an examination. Good education should help a learner understand, question, practise, improve and gradually become more confident in what they know and what they are able to do.
Every student comes with a different starting point. Some need more time, some need clearer explanations, some need encouragement, and others need greater challenge. That is why high standards and genuine care must work together. A strong learning environment should give students structure and discipline, but also patience, feedback, direction and the confidence to keep going when something feels difficult.
At Edhurube Academy, I want us to know our students beyond a name on a list. We should understand where they are progressing, where they are struggling and what support can help them move forward. Our teachers should feel equally supported, because consistent academic quality comes from clear expectations, good coordination and a culture in which educators also continue to improve.
For me, the real measure of our work is not simply how many lessons we offer, but whether a student leaves those lessons with better understanding, stronger confidence and a clearer direction than before. If we can make quality education accessible, well guided and meaningful, while treating every learner with respect and responsibility, then Edhurube Academy can become a place students and families genuinely trust for learning and growth.”
