These terms apply when you access or use the Edhurube Academy website, learning platform, courses and related services. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms and any course-specific conditions shown at enrolment.

Accounts

You are responsible for using your own account and keeping access to your email and sign-in links secure. You must not impersonate another person, misuse another student's account or attempt to obtain access that has not been granted to you.

Courses and enrolment

Course descriptions, schedules, fees, entry requirements and availability may vary by programme. Access may begin immediately for eligible free courses or after academy approval or payment confirmation for other courses.

Fees, payments and refunds

Where a course has a fee, the applicable price and payment instructions will be shown before enrolment or communicated by the academy. Any refund, cancellation or transfer conditions specific to a paid programme should be provided with that programme and will apply in addition to these terms.

Learning conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully and honestly. Harassment, cheating, plagiarism, disruption of live classes, sharing restricted course materials without permission, attempts to manipulate grades or attendance, and misuse of academy systems are not permitted.

Course materials

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, course videos, notes, quizzes, recordings, designs and other academy materials are provided for the enrolled learner's personal educational use. They may not be copied, republished, sold or redistributed without permission.

Certificates

A certificate issued by Edhurube Academy confirms completion of the course or requirements identified on that certificate. It does not represent a government-accredited or nationally recognized qualification unless that status is expressly stated for the specific programme.

Live classes and recordings

Live sessions may use third-party meeting services. Participants must follow academy instructions and respect the privacy of other learners. If a session is to be recorded, learners should be informed according to the academy's applicable procedures.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and course information accurate, but temporary outages, maintenance, schedule changes or instructor changes may occur. We may improve or modify platform features as the academy develops.

Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or removed where necessary to protect learners, staff, the platform or academy operations, including serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Where practical, the academy will communicate the reason and any next steps.

Applicable requirements

These terms operate subject to any mandatory rights and obligations that apply under the laws and regulatory requirements relevant to Edhurube Academy and its learners.
